The Drive cam of the X08 and X09 are virtually identical, but one way to tell the difference is to view the magnetic field each one emits.  This is where the difference is and the 2 drive cams are not interchangeable!  You can also determine if the drive cam is defective, if the magnet on the cam has hairline cracks in it that can't be seen, this can affect the locks operation.  This may cause erratic operation or complete failure.  This film allows you to view the magnetic field and identify product and any defects.
